Join us for a Readers' Theater Performance of "The Faith Club" on Monday, October 1, 4:00pm. Based on the book by Ranya Idliby, Suzanne Oliver, and Priscilla Warner - who are Muslim, Christian, and Jewish, the play is a summary of the discussions, disagreements, and consensus about their respective religious traditions. The event is FREE and Open to the Public.
Our Missions Team is collecting items for hurricane clean-up preparation. If you'd like to donate items,
here is what they need per kit:
*4 scouring pads
*7 sponges, including 1 large
*1 scrub brush
*18 reusable cleaning towels (eg. Handi Wipes, Easy Wipes)
*1 50 oz or 2 25 oz. bottles of liquid laundry detergent
*1 16-28 bottle household claener that can be mixed with water (no spray bottles)
*1 pkg. 48-50 clothespins
*Clothesline, 2 50 ft. or 1 100 ft.
*5 dust masks
*2 pairs heavy duty waterproof dishwashing gloves (latex-free, non-surgical)
*1 pair work gloves, cotton with leather palm or all leather
*24-26 heavy duty or contractor type 30-45 gallon trash bags on a roll
*1 6-9 oz bottle of non-aerosol insect repellent
All items must be new.
